The Wednesday Call Live! with Andy Albright 01/06/2016

The Wednesday Call (TWC) for January 6, 2016: Andy Albright hosted a new The Wednesday Call live from Tampa, Florida during a special Boot Camp. This week's show focused on a new concept with The Alliance of hiring people who are NURDs. There are three simple steps to follow to identify a NURD. A NURD is a person who is ready NOW, they are URGENT, they want to do it RIGHT NOW and they want to do it DIRECTLY.

People have six basic needs and they impact what you do daily. The first four needs are for survival. Comfort, variety, significance and love are things that people need or they will die.

The last two are essential for happiness. You need growth and contribution to be happy. If you are not growing then you are dying in a number of areas in your life. You have to cultivate and grow. You can't stop where you are.

Contribution is essential because you want to leave a legacy. That makes people happy too. Contribution impacts the other five and ties all six together.

The Live Show will air again on January 13, 2016 at 12:30 p.m. EDT.

The show is always available on NAAtv Live, but you could be a part of the live studio audience at the Alliance Headquarters and see Andy Albright in person! While you're here, you can chat with ABTF members, the Lead Performance Team and President's Club! Just email, call or text Missy at least one day in advance to reserve a seat. If don't have her information, just call 336-227-3319 and ask for Missy. We hope to see you at AMP Studios for the next TWC show!
