The Wednesday Call Live! with Andy Albright 06/01/2016

The Wednesday Call (TWC) for June 1, 2016: On this week's episode of The Wednesday Call live with Andy Albright you will find out about two-faced people...how to be one not two! Grab a pen and a notebook, open your ears and your mind and get ready for the show!

Andy will also cover these topics:

  • How to go Executive Vice President?
  • Why does congruency matter?
  • What is negativity? What is it really?

We all have to make decisions each day. Do we make the right choices? Do we move in the right direction? If we are faced with an obstacle, do we quit or overcome?

We all decide to be negative or not when we are asked questions or we see something we don't like. How we react and how we think can make all the difference in the world. Are you able to rise above situations? Can you keep from letting people and situations make you cynical?

You are never going to be able to please 100 percent of the people in this world. Don't even try it. Do what you have to do. Don't worry about what other people think. YOU know what you have to do, so don't let others influence you in a negative way.

When you are edifying other people, be very aware of the words you are using to describe people. If you are saying how awesome they are and it isn't factual then you are going to look as bad as the person you are trying to build up. It's OK to edify a person, but make sure you are doing it correctly.

Are you trying to change everything a little bit for the better? The biggest thing to help yourself is to be committed to changing a little bit in a lot of areas. Keep working at it and see if you don't see improvements. Even if you are getting the best results, the fact that you are trying speaks volumes about the kind of person you want to be. Successful people are not afraid to change...even if it is just a little bit. Change can happen right now or it can take years. As long as they keep trying to get better don't beat them up about it.

Are you working hard to not be selfish? Do people trust you? Your words and actions must line up. Do you really want what you are saying you want? Are you willing to do it? Everybody lives, but a lot of people don't take action and when they get old they regret not going for something they wanted. Life is about experiences. Are you going to go for it and live with no regrets? Get after it. Make things happen. Are you going for it even though you know it won't be easy? Don't sit back because you think of all the things that might go wrong. You have to go for it 100 percent.

You can't be shy and get everything you want. Struggle and criticism are prerequisites for greatness. Don't live life like you never existed. Don't be afraid to fail. If you do life correctly there will be painful times. You can't start over. You can't the beginning. However, you can change what happens from here on out. Put an end to mediocrity. Stop trying to change people that don't want to change. Focus your efforts on the people like us.

People who give an honest effort and continue trying to do good things will be rewarded for their efforts. If you keep trying and don't quit, then you will reach your goals.
