August 17, 2018: On this episode of the Alliance Activity call, Andy Albright dishes about marketing to people that will help you go and grow bigger and faster.

Why do people do things that they know are not right or correct? It should be your job to help them stop doing the wrong things and start changing their habits for the better. How do you do that? You talk to people.

The way to market the right behavior is by talking to people, and by finding people doing what they should be doing. You have to spread the word and make sure you are properly communicating with the people you encounter every single day.

When people are truly focused, then they can do great things. We all need encouragement and we all need daily reminders to stay on point so that we make sure we are successful.

The Alliance is on a mission to help people. If we work hard to form bonds and relationships early in the process, then we can help more people be more successful. In order to do that, we have to set the example and do the right things before we expect the same of others.

We need to connect people with other people who share interests and commonalities with each other. When we build relationships early, the success will come faster and easier than if we don�t make those connections and bonds.
