What was #LeadCon16 about?

Decisions, intentionality and commitment.

What was it like being at The Alliance's headquarters in Burlington, N.C.?

Educational, Electric and entertaining!

Agents from across the United States converged on Burlington, N.C. and The Alliance's headquarters for #LeadCon16 to hear amazing speakers, soak up great training and spend time associating around dynamic leaders.

It started on Thursday with a "Delivering the Difference" partnership with Foresters Financial and Feed The Hunger. The Alliance helped put together food packets that will provide 70,080 meals to help those in need around Alamance County and beyond.

On Friday, attendees started the day off by attending either the men's or women's seminars. The Alliance's President and CEO Andy Albright and other leaders provided live training on the main stage before welcoming keynote speaker Nido Qubein, president of High Point University and a great example of what can happen in America if you decide you want something and then follow through by doing whatever it takes to reach your goals and dreams.

Speaker after speaker delivered motivational, powerful and relatable stories and messages to a sold out audience that left #LeadCon16 charged up and ready to make things happen by making smart decisions, following through on their words with action and promising to consistently stay committed to working for their goals and dreams.

It was an amazing experience with amazing people and the consensus among agents leaving #LeadCon16 is that The Alliance is ready to go and grow in the second half of 2016!
