Sales Connection Update Tonight
As a reminder, we will be performing a system upgrade to Sales Connection tonight to add HMS Non-Med up to $450k with no saliva on all products. Sales Connection (eApplications and illustrations) will be unavailable from 12:00 am Central until 2:00 am Central, Friday, February 18th. This update does not affect Agent Tools Final Expense eApplication.
After the update is complete, if you experience any issues with Sales Connection, please clear your browser cache. Close all of your browser windows and open a new window. We have found this to be an easy fix to problems that occur after system upgrades. If you still experience issues after clearing the cache, please contact Agent Services.
