The Wednesday Call (TWC) for October 28, 2015: Andy Albright hosted The Wednesday Call live from Columbus, Ohio during day two of a three-day road trip he is taking around the United States this week to meet with agents of The Alliance.
The group left Burlington, N.C. on Tuesday morning and headed to Providence, Rhode Island and Newark, New Jersey. Today, the team is hitting Columbus and Chicago, Illinois. Tomorrow, they wrap up the trip by visiting St. Louis, Missouri and Nashville, Tennessee.
After reviewing the various contests going on with The Alliance, Andy talked about the power of reading books and how it has impacted his life in a positive way personally, professionally and financially.
Beyond reading books, Andy talked about the importance of listening to audio and inspirational speakers on a regular basis. He also talked about why you need to attend major events to associate with people who are more successful than you.
These are all factors in how successful you will be with The Alliance. Why does it work for some people and not for others? Successful people get really good or great at doing the mundane. They don't wait or hesitate to get things done. They do it. Then, they do it again. Doing the right things repeatedly is the fastest way to become successful.
Do you want to be great? Dream big, but start small. Anybody can kill it for a week. Most people can keep doing big things for three months. Some people can do it for a year. The most successful people in the world are able to keep doing what they must do to be successful for decades. It doesn't just happen. You have to keep doing it now and keep doing it later. Start now. Do only one thing to start with. Finish that thing and start another thing. Watch your words and be mindful of what you say and how you say it. Be clear in what you say and stay positive. Start making small changes in your life. Don't cut out everything in your life, but focus on reducing the negative things and people in your life. Small and steady consistent changes will yield big results down the road.
Adopt a big belief about your life and circumstances. Believe in yourself. Is the mission we are on believable? Do you really believe it can happen? Do you believe in the people around you? Find the belief.
Every day is your masterpiece. You have the chance to do amazing things on a daily basis. It's your obligation to become the best person you can possibly be every single day. You need to have the right level of belief to achieve greatness. Nobody is perfect. You don't have to be perfect. The key is to keep trying. Keep doing. Keep going. Attempt to do better and keep working to get better.

The Wednesday Call (TWC) for July 22, 2015: Andy Albright delivered a special live pre-Leadership Conference edition of The Wednesday Call in anticipation of this week's national event at The Alliance's headquarters in Burlington, N.C.
This week's TWC topic centered around getting the most out of your experience at Leadership Conference later this week. Andy wants you to get the biggest return on your investment while you are at the event and he shared some tips to do just that.
Andy's Live Show was shot by AMP Studios in the Alliance Convention Center in front a rowdy live audience. The replay can be seen here on NAAtv.
For those who are not able to attend LeadCon15, Andy will tell you how you can also make the most of this week even if you aren't able to be in Burlington, N.C.
We are not coming to LeadCon15 to judge the other people who come. We are going to be excited to see them and tell them we are glad to see them. LeadCon15 will be an environment where people are glad they came, and they are going to leave wanting to come back again. One key to making the event a positive experience is to embrace the entire package and not focus on things you don't like. You have to accept the whole experience.
One great way to do this is by looking for the people who are growing and doing all the things they are supposed to do. You don't have to understand it, but you can put it all together and learn.
Come early and stay late, it will make your week better and you will get more out of it. You also want to bring something when you enter the event. Shake hands and meet as many people as you can. Have questions ready to ask people that you look up to and aspire to be more like.
Make sure that you avoid people who are not having a good time because it will rub off on you. Get around people that are smiling and having a great time. Delusion destroys what you are trying to accomplish so you can't fall into that trap.
Another great way to improve your weekend at the event is by encouraging couples to attend the event together. When a couple is working together toward the goal then the chance to be successful is increased dramatically, and they both are on board with what is going on with their business.
A lot of times the little things are the big things to some people. Don't worry about every single thing that might be an inch out of place, but do focus on making sure you are saying things correctly when you talk to people.
We want people at the event to have energy, excitement and enthusiasm while they are at the event. It doesn't matter if this is your first event or your 20th, this is the time when you focus on improving, and you are reminded of things you should be doing that maybe you are not or that you forgot about. The Alliance holds these events for you and Andy Albright wants you to get the maximum return on your time, effort and investment in LeadCon15.
Bring a positive mental attitude with you, get around the top leaders that you can and learn as much as possible while you are at LeadCon15.

Andy Albright was live and in color for this week's TWC, after an amazing week with members of The Alliance on a cruise in the Caribbean.
Andy recognized the latest Greek Cruise qualifiers and those who are so close to hitting the mark to get on another boat with NAA in 2015. A video produced by AMP Studios played next showing exactly what went down during an adventure on the Oasis of the Seas.
Andy announced that a new picture service is now available by visiting www.AmpPix.com to see all the images from The Alliance's travels around the globe. Andy showed how easy it is to use the site and find photos of you and your friends.
The Alliance has several contests going on this year and the leaders of those were recognized during TWC.
In the next segment, Andy recognized the 20/20 Vision leaderboard. Dane La Vigne, Jeremy Patton and Kyle Keator were atop that leaderboard.
Orlando was recognized as the top attended HotSpot with Wilmington, N.C. Coming in right behind!
The next topic was how to get a person started by keeping it simple. The first step is to remember that The Alliance is focused on selling and recruiting. It's really just one thing. It's about reminding people that they can do as much as they want. You can do this with clients and with people you meet in everyday life. It's important to lay out both opportunities for people.
The next step is to learn how to get people to the next event. You keep things simple, ask nicely and lead. You keep asking the right questions. The biggest mistake is not asking questions. Help people set goals big enough that they can come up just short but still feel good about it. Don't set the bar too low.
The third step is making sure it occurs to people and you are reminding them. Be a master of the mundane. Do the basics and remind people to do the same.
The most valuable thing is your time and you have to be very deliberate about how you spend it. How do you spend it, how do you allocate it and do you teach others how to spend it? You have 168 hours in a week and schedule the week is important in your success.
Andy told the audience all he ever wanted was a shot in life. He found it with The Alliance. It's there for you if you want to do big things in life and help others while you do it.

People scream at the tv because they are watching a game when nobody can hear them. But when you talk to them about their life and winning and being free they are not that excited. We are entering fourth quarter of year and this could be the biggest finish in company history.
Most people that win do more than others. They do the things most aren't willing to do.
Starting war against poverty with Fall Forwards next week.
We have a room for the committed and the uncommitted. We will let them stay in uncommitted room until they are reading to get serious about their business.
Casey from the Alliance Eventures team announced the latest cruise qualifiers. The ship is filling up but there's still room for you. Put the work in and qualify for the 2014 cruise in June.
Baltimore Life's Single premium Whole Life is the product of the week.
7 habits of highly successful people by Stephen Covey is Andy's book of the month and the secondary book is the Greatest Salesman in the world by Og Mandino.
4 questions to think about for the next 90 days ...
Tim Goad joined the show via telephone and talked about the team. Goad encouraged all the members of the Alliance to keeping pushing to win and overcome obstacles. Goad asked people to set a goal for the next 90 days. He asked people to find excuses to fight harder instead of not doing what they should be doing. This is your chance to earn the respect of others. Obstacles will come, but you can't quit. Don't let little things keep you on the bench and not in the game.
Goad said one difference between winning and losing is your attitude. Dealing with setbacks will determine if you win or lose. Winners lose but they keep going. People that continue failing build a monument to it and remind themselves of it. Failure to a winner is just a moment. They move forward no matter what. Don't build a monument out of failures.
What would you do if you knew you were going to win? You would be excited. You would start thinking about what you will need. Before you can win, the seed has to be planted. You have to grow it. It doesn't happen overnight. You have to act like you are going to win now. That's first step to getting on track to win.
What would you do? How would you proceed? You would find people to follow you and transfer knowledge to them. You would build bonds with your team. You would make yourself available to them.
Did you know you are invited to play? Now that you know you are on the team, do not isolate yourself. You don't disappear, you get as close as possible. You have been picked and you need to be an active member of the team. Write it down and don't forget. You are invited! Courage is not having no fears, it is doing something anyway. You are invited and you need to expect to win.
How much can we grow and how much can we add new? We need to look at numbers now and they measure them in 90 days. Write down what's already happened and act like you are where you want to be down the road. Have faith it will happen.
How would you feel or how will you feel when this happens? It will feel so much better than if you took a picture of it. If you can get that feeling in your heart and mind, the little things will be only moments and not monuments.
That's the attitude that will take you to the top. When you win, our team is going to be proud of you and root you on.
