How to Use The Alliance Underwriting Tool!
My girlfriend Debbie and I started with National Agents Alliance in January of this year. NAA has done things for our family we never dreamed possible but more on that in a minute, I feel it’s important to know where we have come from to know where we have gotten to.
In 1999, I graduated from Seton Hall University with a degree in Sports Management. I had been working with the NY Giants for 2 years and continued to do so in Public Relations upon completing school. In 2000, I was fortunate enough to be a part of the team which went from worst to first and landed in the Superbowl against Baltimore. We lost that year and I, at the time, lost my dream of ever receiving a Superbowl ring. I left the Giants in 2001, not before my boss Pat Hanlon promised that if the Giants were to ever win the Superbowl I would receive my dream of a Championship Ring. That dream was realized in 2007, when the Giants beat the Patriots. To this day, I still wake up and look at my ring symbolizing NEVER LET GO OF A DREAM!
I left to pursue a career in the world of Professional Wrestling as a promoter/booker for minor events in the Carolinas. I had the opportunity to work with people such as: The Rock, John Cena, Steve Austin, Mick Foley and the Divas.
Much like the “mortgage” industry many of us talk about in National Agents Alliance, for me in 2009 the Wrestling business seemed to fizzle and crash. I now had a home, a car, a family and no means to pay for anything.
I studied and received my insurance license and joined a company who promised the world: Leads, Cash, and Lifestyle – everything I dreamed right?? WRONG. The leads we non-existent, the cash was 12% if you happened to actually see it, and the lifestyle was obviously not there.
My girlfriend and I were broke. We even cashed in her Presidential Quarter Collection to buy gas for the car. Our Christmas in 2010 consisted of asking Santa (my parents) to loan me $3500 to pay the 4 months behind mortgage and another $1500 in gifts (BILLS) to the phone company, electric company and water company to prevent losing service.
A friend of mine, Brian Tranchida, told me of a new opportunity he had been looking into. It was a company named National Agents Alliance. Again, the same promise of leads, cash (now a starting 55%) and lifestyle. My girlfriend and I jumped in. What did we have to lose? The difference this time, NAA HAD A SYSTEM, LEADERS WHO CARED AND THE MEANS TO MAKE IT HAPPEN!
We began at boot camp, learned the system and quickly began setting appointments. We raced in the Shless group from 55% to 80% in three months!! It was a blessing to see the money coming in the way it has. As Mike Shless says, we have a built in ATM and can print money anytime we want!
In July of 2011, our car broke down preventing us from going to boot camps. Depressed and upset, we set a goal for ourselves. Because our credit was not very good, set enough appointments and help enough families to buy a car… CASH!
By the third week of July, we walked into the Chrysler dealer, walked up to our silver 200 and said “clean her up she’s coming home with us TODAY, no need to run credit checks!” We had purchased the car OUTRIGHT!!
We are now coming to the end of 2011, Deb and I are signed up for conference and have been recruiting and growing “like a weed”. We are truly blessed to have Mike and Colleen Shless, Andy Riddle, Mark and Michelle Womack, and John & Cindy Budry helping us, encouraging us and making us feel like a FAMILY. Meeting and spending time with Andy Albright at Instant Thunder inspired me to push even harder!
I am happy to say, my parents will ALSO be coming to conference and I will FINALLY be able to give my Dad the $3500 I owe him for his help during my most difficult time.

I started with National Agents Alliance in May 2010 part-time. I was working for a escrow company closing escrow for real estate transactions. I had been doing this business for 10 years. I worked extremely hard, and I only made someone else rich. I missed so many important things in my daughter’s life during her first 5 years because someone else determined my schedule. I immediately started doing the 8 steps. Not skipping any steps, but really focused on reading. I knew I had a self-image problem that I had to overcome. I had always been the best at everything that I had attempted at life, but I felt I had settled for mediocrity. National Agents Alliance gave me something to fight for again.
The main asset that I feel I have acquired from NAA isn’t money, but my self-development. Although, I have doubled my income from my previous job. My dad has recently been diagnosed with cancer, and through National Agents Alliance and my self-development, I am able to hit this head on and realize that this isn’t a problem too big for me to handle. I am able to face each day with a determined mind that today is going to be better than yesterday, and I am going to be better today than I was yesterday. I also know that there isn’t anything that my dad may need that I cannot provide financially, because I have a vehicle to make money fast. What a great feeling to be able to give back to my dad, as he gave to me for so many years.
Thanks Andy and Jane and all those that have put many hours, sweat, and tears into making this opportunity available for us to help change our lives and the lives around us! I will be forever grateful!

I am Charlotte Nicotre, direct to Mike & Michele Alleman, direct to John Wilson, & part of The Fitz Organization.
When Mike & Michele Alleman found me, March 2011, I was in a terrible place. I was down to selling things in my home to pay my bills.
I lost my only daughter & unborn grand daughter Hollie Noel & Aubrey Noel, April 28, 2007. I divorced my husband and went into my own world. My 8 yr old son, 4 yr old at that time, not only lost his sister, he lost his mom too.
I always say Mike & Michele bit off more than they could chew when they met me. They gave me a part time job to help me pay to get my license and even though I saw what they had with National Agents Alliance, I did not believe or think I deserved it. I was a 10k agent in MIA is what Mike always said to me, doing everything wrong, and had no clue how close I was to changing my life.
From March to July I was not with the program at all! I seriously do not know why those guys did not wash their hands to me but I am soooo thankful they did not, they saved me!
They are not only my mentors, my upline, my friends… they are my family. They did not give up on me even when I had. They pushed me, even when I did not want to be pushed. I put them on a very high pedestal.
When the rotational meetings started, I started. In August I had my 1st 10k pay month. I am paying my own bills now and it feels good.
For the 1st time in a long time I like me. For the 1st time in a long time, I see my way out of debt, I set goals, and I have a dream again…
Long story short, if it were not for Mike & Michele Alleman and National Agents Alliance, God only knows where I would be. One thing for sure, my X husband would not be my boyfriend now, which I am very proud of, and we would not be raising our son together.

Over the last 3 years my financial condition has been a rollercoaster until I responded to an National Agents Alliance add by Paul. My dream since I started in the insurance business 12 years ago, was to help people and to create a comfortable living for my family. I was not able to do that for a while but it seemed that we were always struggling. I approached your wife Jane during Leadership Conference in July and asked her if she could give me a word for my wife who was very depressed because we had just lost our house and car and she went out and pawned our wedding rings so that I could make it to conference. She gave me some encouraging words which I shared with my wife over the phone. Since I got back we have been working like never before and we want to Grow the National Agents Alliance team and we want give back and serve you guys for being the good Samaritans that God sent to our family.
