The Wednesday Call Live (TWC) for January 20, 2016: Andy Albright hosted The Wednesday Call live from his office at NAA headquarters in advance of this week's National Convention in Raleigh, N.C. Andy was joined by more than 30 agents in his office, making the atmosphere electric for a call about courage, focus and determination.

How do you deal with things and still stay focused and determined about your goals and dreams?

Do you ever feel like your heart can't take the latest news? It could be anything. Do you think you are going to break if you hear one more person walk in the path of foolishness rather than take the better path? Do you need courage to face the minutes, days and weeks ahead?

How do you help people grow that focus and determination? Our focus breaks when something happens and we get worried about other things instead of what matters most to us. The first thing you have to do is stay calm and think. You have to keep your mind on the mission and not drifting to things that don't matter. Distractions are everywhere unless you are very intentional about what you do on a daily basis. Don't let crazy behavior influence you and your goals and dreams.

Courage and strength are important in staying focused and determined. Are you focused on building a wall or a cathedral? One of those things is marvelous and one is not that inspiring.
