The Wednesday Call Live! with Andy Albright 02/24/2016

The Wednesday Call (TWC) for February 24, 2016: Andy Albright presented a special edition of The Wednesday Call with the help of some of The Alliance's top leaders. This episode featured some of the best presenters at NatCon16 in Raleigh, N.C.

Andy kicked off the show by encouraging people to make sure they were doing what they said they would do coming out of NatCon16. He asked them to remember the feeling they had when they left Raleigh, and to put that feeling into motion.

The first clip was from Joe Dukes, who let people know that all he ever wanted was a shot. He found that chance with NAA and asked others if they wanted a shot? He said The Alliance is the vehicle to be significant.

Mike and Kerry Williams shared their story next and urged people not to let "things" you can't control dictate what you do in life.

Jeremy and Amy Patton were up next and talked about how they found their chosen family with NAA. Have you ever been chosen for something? How did it make you feel? Being chosen means you were the best. You have the choice to do what you want in life. Do you follow your head and your heart? Your heart is why you do something. Are you actively loving, serving and caring in your life?

Bill and Diane Lampe discussed why recruiting is important to them and their business. Are you talking to everybody you should be talking to?

Up next, Eric Bellaire talked about selling to eat, but recruiting to live the life he wants to enjoy. In the past, he was eating good, but he wasn't living the life he wanted. Living means you stop worrying about small things. You are able to help others. You spend all the time you want with your family and friends. You help others get their dreams first and you know that will lead to you getting your dream eventually.

Stephen and Hollie Davies covered the simplicity of "doing the do." They outlined four things to keep life simple for you.

  1. Don't dramatize things - focus on what you are trying to create
  2. Don't let your need to be brilliant keep you from having a impact
  3. Don't delve into needless details
  4. Travel Light - live in the now

Coming out of NatCon16, there were a couple key areas to focus on moving forward. Do you feel equipped? Do you feel inspired? What is your mindset? There will always be problems in life. Will you be prepared to deal with them and get through them?

As we head toward LeadCon16, there are seven things to keep our mindset right.

  1. Have Gratitude
  2. See the humor in things
  3. Plan now for discouragement and fear
  4. Don't be a product of your environment, make your environment a product of you
  5. Get and keep clarity – figure out your top three priorities
  6. Perspective - reflect on the wins not the losses
  7. Know that you have already won
