The Wednesday Call (TWC) for March 2, 2016: Adam Katz and Stephen Davies filled in for Andy Albright to host this week's episode of The Wednesday Call live from AMP Studios at NAA headquarters in Burlington, N.C.

The TWC topic was "How to make a million dollars in a year with The Alliance." Katz and Davies, members of The Alliance's Millionaire Club, shared how they reached this milestone and how you can too. There are six keys to making that happen in your business.

How can you make a million dollars? What are the common denominators to doing that? It all starts with a dream. If you have dreams then you still have a shot. Most people wind up settling for something that isn't what they wanted previously in life. The Alliance believes that if you have a dream then we have a place where we can foster and help you achieve your goals and dreams. If you can stay focused on tomorrow and the future, then you will have more energy and more pep in your step. What are you doing now to help you build your dreams?

The Alliance has put together a team to support and help you. It is that team and association that cheers you on when you don't want to make another dial. They are the people who want you to succeed more than you do at times. The Alliance has a team that is so tight-knit that you want to be involved and respected by the team. The Alliance doesn't care where you came from or what you did in the past, but rather where you are headed and what you are doing right now. We reward people who show results and we don't care what your last name is or who you know.

The next key to earning a million-dollar income is to be persistent. As long as you never give up, then you can still be successful. If you don't like where you are now, then you can change it by doing what it takes to change your plight in life. If you keep working at it and pounding away, you will experience a breakthrough. The key is to stay in the game and not give up. Decide that you are going to treat so-called problems as opportunities that you will overcome.

Do you have a healthy self-image? If you suffer a setback or even enjoy success, how do you handle it? You have to stay the course and have a healthy self-image to keep growing and reaching new levels. Are you tracking your habits? Do you make adjustments so that you are constantly improving? Make your habits line up with what you want out of life. Keep pushing yourself to do more tasks and activities. Are you hanging out with the right people? Are you talking to yourself in a positive way? Are you reading the right books? Are you celebrating the victories in your life? All these things are important to your self-image.

Do you have a strong work ethic? If you can consistently work hard, then you are going to put yourself in position to win. Are you sacrificing little things to enjoy bigger things? It is about being intentional about what you do every single day.

Do you have a clear why? Are you working on your why constantly? Do you talk about it and share that burning desire that drives you with others? It doesn't have to start out on a huge scale, but you do need a cause or mission to motivate you in what you do.

There are four things to help your why get stronger and bigger. Do you have clarity? Do you have a dream and vision for what you want? Are you emotional about it? Is that why bigger than the almighty dollar? You must get those things in order to have a true why.

How is the culture of The Alliance changing the world? We meet people where they are in life. No two people are at the exact same point in life. We have to be aware of that and be patient. Show them how to fish and let them start casting the line. You can help them and show them the ropes, but they have to want to do it. It is OK to belong before you know how to behave.

Do you invest in people? You have to give and be open to people before you can receive it back in spades. You have to be invested emotionally in people. You have to shake hands and talk to people. You have to spend money on gas, books, time, resources, etc. It all adds up to the big picture of where you are now.

The Alliance has a playbook. You have to share our core values. We want people to get a piece of the P.I.E. Prosperity, Inspiration and Eternity. You must want to make an impact in this business. You can help people operating by our core values. Can you find ways to add value in people's lives? Are you willing to serve others?
