The Wednesday Call (TWC) for April 29, 2015: Andy Albright hosts a live conference call and meeting from National Agents Alliance Headquarters in Burlington, NC! Andy's live show covers all kinds of great topics, including training, information on team building, new developments that are in the works, and frank discussions with your fellow agents (beginner and top level managers alike!). Andy Albright was live inside of National Agents Alliance headquarters for a special The Wednesday Call with a room full of agents, who were in town early in anticipation of this week’s President’s Club Instant Thunder event in Burlington, N.C.

What do pro wrestlers, bridge engineers, textile manufacturers brag about and even prophets from the Bible know to be true? The diversity of what you are doing makes all the difference in the world.

When diversity is twisted then it becomes stronger and harder to break up or break down. When you take that strength and add the right attitude, you have a force that is nearly unstoppable.

Mutual of Omaha’s Brent Bench was in town and joined Andy on the show. Bench updated the country on all the improvements being made to Mutual of Omaha products in the last couple of months. The new applications are now available online. Another major change is the pay cycle is now 24 hours from tie of issue.

Andy got into the topic of attitude. What is your attitude? What do you believe? Beliefs become thoughts. Thoughts become words. Words become actions. Actions become habits. Habits become values. Values become your destiny. Andy believes and he wants you to believe too. What you think about it what you say. What you say is what you intend to do. It might not happen immediately. You might have to actually work at it before it happens. Part of that process is talking about it, working at it and making it a habit. We must change out habits by doing things we might not want to do. Are you working to improve? Tracking your progress? When you decide what you really want, then you will go after it with all you have. Albright introduced all the Greek Isles cruise winners that were at the show. After recognizing this group, Andy asked people if they ever were so excited about something they changed their habits? It could be something makes you mad so you change too. Whatever the case with you, Andy urged people to get in a sequence of events that help set you up to succeed.

Do your best to keep a positive attitude and you will be happier and more successful.

Andy moderated a discussion with the contest winners and let them discuss challenges they’ve had in life, business, etc.
