The Wednesday Call Live! with Andy Albright 07/01/2015
The Wednesday Call (TWC) for July 8, 2015: Andy Albright hosted The Wednesday Call live from AMP Studios during the final in a four-part series on freedom to help kick off the Fourth of July holiday.
The final piece of the series dealt with celebrating and reigniting your goals and dreams with The Alliance so that you can achieve the freedom most people want in life. For many people that means traveling the world, not having to worry about where you eat and not having to worry about your bills every month.
Andy believes that every person should have a shot to secure the freedom he has worked so hard to have since The Alliance was formed.
How do you explode and build your business so that you are free to celebrate and ignite your freedom? There are a couple simple things that you can do to make that happen.
The Alliance believes in having fun and that includes at our weekly HotSpots meetings around the country every week. You have to get to know people. You also have to sell and get people to sell because that is how you make money. You also need to find other people to help us too. We also know that you have to make a difference because that is something we strongly believe in.
Andy reminded people to check out the Good Samaritan Bonus guidelines by visiting www.GoodSamaritanBonus.com to find out how you can help support your favorite charity through this bonus program. More than $100,000 has been given to charities and organizations around the world through the GSB program.
Keeping things basic and simple is an important concept to remember as you are building your business. Thinking and dreaming is also very important. When you set goals and dreams, then you can get serious about working toward those things. One of the ways to gauge how you are doing is by asking yourself if you are following Andy's 8 Steps to Success. Are you doing all eight? If you are, that's great. If you are not, that's OK too. The key is to work toward doing more so that you can reach the next level. Doing the basics is not as easy as most people think. You have to work hard to be good at it.
Another way to grow quickly is to find people who are doing the positive things that you ask them to do. This shows they are coachable and teachable. They are the kind of people that will follow a person going in the right direction. People will follow people who follow people. As you do this, you also have to diagnose your actions too. When you find something you are good at, you must learn to focus on doing that all the time. Don't focus or worry about things that are out of your control. That is how people drive themselves insane. Focus on things that you can control and dictate.
One of the ways to be clear about what you are doing is by eliminating distractions and "don't matter" stuff. If you take the clouds out of the sky then you have a clearer picture than if there are clouds and storms looming. Make life simpler by keeping things are basic and simple as possible.
It is also very important that people know how much you care about them long before they know how much you know about being successful. Show them you care and the relationship will be easier to build over time. Work to build that trust early before you overwhelm them with too many details. Showing that you care also allows you to know where a person is at personally so that you know how you can best help them professionally.
Another way to gauge yourself and others is by simply trusting only motion. What does that mean? It means watching people's actions and behavior more than what they talk about. It is easy to talk about doing things, but the way you measure a person is by their actions. What you do is who you are ... period.
When you take the simple, basic activities and do those consistently then you will find the freedom so many of us desire. We encourage you to celebrate and reignite as you spend this Fourth of July with friends and family. See you next week!
