The Wednesday Call (TWC) for December 23, 2015: Andy Albright was live and in color for another episode of The Wednesday Call at National Agents Alliance headquarters.

The Alliance wants life service not lip service. When people act in selfish ways then you can't have a servant's heart. A lifestyle that costs nothing is worth nothing. A faith that is only in your head might as well be dead. A worthless past can be fixed by working in the present.

The main focus of today's show was to cover the three magic moves to turn up the volume of your life. The three Ls are love, listen and launch.

Who are you listening to? Who are you asking for help? These are very important questions to answer when you are working to improve. It's critical that you are getting or seeking help in the right places. You can't get to where you need to be if you only listen to yourself.

Are you a person who "does." Doers make it happen. They don't waste time talking about what they are going to do. Learn to take your eyes off yourself, think of others, avoid prejudice, stay calm and be sincere. People who listen more, hear people and engage people are going to be more successful with The Alliance.

When you love something and desire it in a positive way you can move from good to great. The proof of desire is the way you pursue and work hard to get it. When there is the right love and listening, you can then launch yourself toward a better life. As your gratitude increases, you are more willing to work and do more for yourself and others. If you head can grasp the leverage that creates then you will be more successful. You can't get massive by yourself. There is a cap to the amount of things you can do on your own. You need good people to come with you on the journey. When you help launch others in a positive way, then you catapult yourself upward too.

The Alliance is watching to see which people are listening and doing in their business. Andy is watching to see who is rising up to help the most people.
